Allow changing the resolution TTD runs in (Windows version only)

This switch sets the resolution of TTD's window, or the fullscreen mode it runs in. In fullscreen TTD must be able to find the corresponding DirectX mode for this to work. This switch is incompatible with screen setting 5 ("clean update system") from TTD's setup program and will revert to setting 4 in that case.

For most graphics cards, the horizontal resolution must be a multiple of 4 or 32 or the display will be distorted.

Note: TTDPatch without Versionsinformation will fail if the resolution is set to 640x480 !
